Music

I have been writing music for several years, and releasing material under the name Fatal Tourist. The CDs I've put out so far have just been CDRs burned by me with color photo-copied inserts. This gives each disc a personal touch (i.e. each insert has a unique squarish shape). Who needs a record deal? The RIAA sucks anyway, DIY rocks! I actually sold a few CDs on some site that stocked independent stuff. Then they went out of business. I'd like to think that it wasn't my fault...

So it all started back in the 90's, when I began screwing around with MODs on my Amiga and fiddling with a cheapo 60's classical guitar. Now I have a small collection of gear: a few keyboards, a few guitars, etc.

Video

I really got into video at college, where I started working on various things at the Student Cable Access Network. I was partly responsible for a series of embarassing sketch comedy shows. I became familiar with (and somewhat attached to) using the Canon XL-1 and Final Cut Pro (I thought Macs were toys!).

I have been involved with two short films that were submitted to the NH Film Expo. The first was this boring ass movie where a couple weiners talked for 30 minutes. I had to edit the damned thing. The second "film" was actually just a sketch with credits at the beginning and end (we thought it would be fun to fool people). Watch it here (it's called Magic Trick).

Tech

I think that I just finished my degree in computer science. This comes after many years of programming, building, and destroying computers. I also enjoy modifying music gear and playing around with computers. Presently I run my own web design company. It's awesome.
